Bank Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to cashback and EMI offers available on eligible transactions made using select bank cards. By availing of these offers, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Offer Details

  • The cashback offer is available on both EMI and Non-EMI transactions made using the eligible cards via the Brand EMI option on Pine Labs terminals.

  • No Cost EMI is applicable only on 6-month EMI tenure on HDFC Bank Debit and Credit Cards.

  • Processing fee and GST on the interest component will be applicable as per the respective Bank’s terms and conditions.

2. Cashback Terms

  • The cashback shall be credited within 120 business days from the last date of the transaction month on a best effort basis, and only to open and active cardholder accounts.

  • The offer is limited to one transaction per card per product category per quarter.

  • The cashback offer is applicable only if the transaction value is more than 90% of the MRP of the device being purchased.

  • For No Cost EMI plans, the bank will continue to charge interest as per existing rates. However, the interest amount will be passed on to you as an upfront discount.

3. Eligible Banks & Cards

  • This offer is applicable on HDFC Bank Debit and Credit Card EMI transactions only.

  • Other bank cards may have separate terms and conditions (please check the product page for details).

4. General Conditions

  • The offer is valid for a limited period and till stocks last.

  • The offers may be revised or withdrawn without any prior notice.

  • Please refer to the product page for applicable cashback details.

5. Refund & EMI Closure

  • In case of a refund, the amount will be credited back to the customer’s card. However, EMI closure will only happen after the customer informs the bank about the refund.

  • If the customer fails to inform the bank, any interest charged thereafter shall be borne by the customer.

  • Foreclosure charges or any other charges levied by the bank shall be borne by the customer.
