Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Future World Retail Private Limited believes in delivering quality products and providing the best customer experience. Please read the following policies carefully.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the product has not been shipped and the order is still under processing.

  • Customers can track the status of their order online.

  • Transaction Charges: For any cancellation request, Future World Retail Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to deduct 2% transaction charges.

2. Return Policy

Future World Retail Private Limited takes utmost care to deliver products in the best condition. We have partnered with Shiprocket (a leading logistics aggregator) to ensure safe delivery.

Return conditions:

  • If the outer box is damaged, you may refuse to accept the product at the time of delivery.

  • If you receive a slightly damaged product (functional or cosmetic) or a manufacturing defect, please contact contact@futureworldindia.co.in within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Our team will guide you on the process. You may need to visit the nearest Apple Authorised Service Centre for inspection.

Important Notes:

  • Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons apart from the above.

  • All returned items must be:

    • In original packaging

    • Unused and undamaged

    • With original tags/labels and proof of purchase

  • Products showing signs of breakage or tampering will not be accepted.


3. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

  • A product is considered Dead on Arrival (DOA) if it has hardware failure preventing basic operability upon first use out of the box.

  • In such cases, contact us or visit an Apple Authorised Service Centre for assistance.

  • Future World Retail Private Limited reserves the right to test the DOA product. If misrepresentation is detected, a handling fee may apply.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are possible only in the following cases:

  • Customer refused to collect the delivery

  • Customer was unavailable during delivery attempts

  • Wrong/unreachable delivery address

  • Pre-booking cancellations

Refund Process:

  • Refund will be initiated after the product is received back by Future World Retail Pvt. Ltd.

  • Mode of refund:

    • Credit/Debit Card: Refund within 7 working days (may reflect in the next statement)

    • Net Banking: Credited back to the bank account

Deductions: In all refund cases, 2% transaction charges will be deducted.


5. Important Instructions

  • Do not accept the order if the outer packaging is tampered.

  • Notify us about damaged or defective products within 24 hours of delivery.

  • All returns must follow the conditions stated above.
